Three-Bedroom Apartment | Sized for five
Phalerum Home is a private apartment of 110sq.m., located in the heart of Palaio Faliro’s neighborhood. It has all the luxurious amenities to ensure you an ideal stay. This apartment consists of a spacious living room with one big couch, an extensive library both academic and recreational, a large wooden table of four and a glass table serves as a work station.
The house also includes three cozy bedrooms -two of them with queen-sized beds and the third with a single one, two bathrooms with shower & toilet and a fully equipped kitchen that with all the electronic facilities necessary for your convenience. Within the kitchen there is a glass table where you can enjoy your food. There are three roof-ceiling fans in each bedroom, plus AC in each room of the house. We also offer the fastest Wi-Fi on the market. The apartment has a wide balcony with one small wooden table and sun-loungers, where guests can chill and enjoy the hot summer sun and a smaller one, next to one of the bedrooms.
The apartment is bright, airy, and it is ideal for a families or friends who seek a luxurious choice close to the city centre (7km) but also to the beach (600m away).

Palaio Faliro is situated 6 km southwest of the city center of Athens, at the east coast of the Phalerum Bay, part of the larger Saronic Gulf. The location is pivotal since it’s the northwest part of the Athens Riviera, an urban resort within the city, just 10min away from Syntagma square.

You can access Phalerum House from Athens either by car, bus or tram. In Syntagma square there are the bus and tram stations. The drop off point is “Panagitsa” in Palaio Faliro. From there, the house is just 80m away. The route from Syntagma square with a cab, lasts 10min and costs approximately 7-10€. Phalerum House is part of a luxury apartment building launched in 2009. Whereas there are other residents in the building, guests have access in the patio, the backyard and the underground parking of the building.
